FlatsBG accommodation rental terms and conditions

OWNERSHIP. This site is the copyrighted property of flatsBG Property Rentals. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of flatsBG.

USE OF SITE. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

PRIVACY: FlatsBG is not allowed to use in other purpose than your interest your personal information. Your e-mail address and personal data will not be revealed to anyone without your permission.

BOOKING: The minimum booking period is 3 nights. There is no maximum booking period. In case of a 3-day booking we guarantee the apartment category and the confirmed rate but not the specific apartment. During Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter maid services are not available.

ADVANCED PAYMENT: For bookings made more than one week in advance we require an advanced payment of 30% of the charge for the total stay to secure your apartment of choice.  If your stay is over 1 month we shell ask you to pay in advance 30% of the total charge for 1 month only.  Payments can be made by one of the following: cash, bank transfer, credit card (will be available soon), western union.

MAID SERVICES: Maid services include the complete cleaning of the premises twice a week and change of linen once a week.  Maid services are available only for guests staying longer than 3 nights.  Time of servicing the accommodation should be arranged upon arrival according to availability to both sides.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation permitted 14 days before day of arrival without any charge and only with an applicable cancellation fee of the first night accommodation rate.  In case of cancellation made less than 14 days prior to day of arrival, the 30% advanced payment will not be reimbursed.  In case of a reservation for 7 nights and less where our guest decides to reduce his/her stay, he/she will be charged with one night accommodation rate.  In case of a reservation for 8 nights and more where our guest decides to reduce his/her stay, he/she will be charged 50 % of the rental price for the remaining period of the reservation.

CAPACITY: Every apartment has a certain capacity specified in its detailed web page.  For every additional person flatsBG charges 10 euro if possible to accommodate.

INVENTORY: Keep in good condition all inventory objects in the apartment. In case of breaking or destroying an object, the amount of the damage shall be charged. We are responsible for any things left in the apartment after your check-out date. 

APARTMENT USE: The apartment is for accommodation only; it may not be used for other purposes that do not comply with Bulgarian Law. Respect and maintain your neighbor's right to intimacy and silence.  No pets allowed.

INTERNAL PROBLEMS: FlatsBG reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category, apartment but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.

LIABILITIES: FlatsBG and the owner of the apartment are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise while a guest is living in an apartment, including without limitation, damages, and losses because of fires or robbery.
